Robins Removals offer a complete range of removal services.

Moving

Robins Removals undertake any size of move, ranging from one-bedroom flats to mansions to large corporate buildings. We operate locally, nationally or anywhere within the European Union and can arrange shipment of your goods to anywhere in the world.

Robins Removals only use highly skilled and experienced removal staff so all of your items will be moved with the utmost care and attention. All of our employees receive a comprehensive training and wear a uniform. We use a fleet of modern and reliable removal vehicles with expert drivers.

Robins Removals are happy to provide you with a free quotation for your move during which one of our removal staff will assess your moving requirements and discuss the removal process with you, answering any queries you may have. And being a smaller, family-run removal company allows us to be more flexible so that we can always meet our customers' individual needs.

And there are NO ADDITIONAL COSTS! Unlike a large number of removal companies, Robins Removals will not charge you overtime for finishing late. A ‘late finish’ normally occurs if there is a delay in monies being transferred somewhere in the chain of property sales.

Packing

Robins Removals offer a full wrapping and packing service for which we only use the best quality boxes and packing materials. If you decide to use our packing service, it will be carried out by highly skilled and experienced staff on the day before your moving date. Every one of your possessions will be carefully and efficiently wrapped and packed up ready for the move. We also offer an export wrapping service for antiques and fine art.

Robins Removals supply boxes free of charge to customers who want to carry out their own packing, so you will not find any additional costs. All of the boxes and packing materials necessary for your move will be delivered to your property on a date which is convenient to you.

An ‘un-pack’ service is also available from Robins Removals but this must be requested before your removal quotation.

Storage

Robins Removals work in partnership with an industry leader in storage (who are trade-only) to offer various storage facilities at an extremely competitive rate.

With our containerised storage, your goods will be loaded into sealed containers on board our purpose-built vehicles right outside your door. The containers are then delivered to a high security warehouse where they remain unopened until you require your goods back again, days, weeks, months or years later. We also offer climate controlled rooms which enable you unlimited access to your goods throughout the storage period.

All of our storage facilities have 24-hour security and CCTV.

Insurance

Robins Removals offer Extended Liability insurance which means that all of your goods are covered by our insurance. We are very proud of our low claims ratio, but in the rare event of a claim, you will receive the full replacement value. We are insured for all removal services up to the value of £50,000. Should your goods exceed this value, we are happy to discuss the need to pay an extra premium to insure the full value of your goods. All of our storage facilities are also fully insured.
